I wish. August is ending, with September coming right behind. Off to a six-day camp and tour with my soccer team. Looking forward to seeing how my individual work this summer pays off. My iPhone ownership history is a checkered one. There have been drops, occasional misplacement, cracks and breaks. Cases have helped, and as I have gotten older a little more responsibility has crept into the mix. Still, I recently broke the main camera on the phone. The audio still records, but the camera only takes in a gray, shadowy dark image. If I really need a picture, I use the "selfie" lens at the front of the phone and turn the phone around to snap the picture. L
to a possible trip out West next year with my family. It would be a 16th birthday present. I picture flowing rivers with wonderful pools created by rock formations; the place where fish are hiding. I have only caught a couple of fish using a fly rod. It's tough. Of course, the harder it is, the more satisfying the success. Still, I'd have to admit that fly fishing and the ensuing frustration has, on the rare occasion, sent me scrambling back to a nice lake with my reel.
